 Features

  • The module uses imported high-quality chips, with high efficiency ( 95%) , low heat generation, and a maximum current of 5A . At the same time, it cooperates with the original TI op amp to control the output current, making the overall output very stable.
  • This module uses the original Sanyo filter capacitor with low ESR , which can make the ripple voltage as low as 50mV !
  • This module is an adjustable step-down module, the output voltage can be changed by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on the module. The input and output pressure difference is 1V, and the minimum output voltage is 0.8V.
  • IN- (input negative), IN+ (input positive), OUT- (output negative), OUT+ (output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise the module may be damaged.

 

Battery charging method:

1. Determine the floating charge voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, and the input voltage of the module;

2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.

3. Measure the output short-circuit current with the 10A current gear of the multimeter, and at the same time adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value;

4. The default shipping current of the charging lamp is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value).

5. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the floating charge voltage;

6. Connect the battery and try charging.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 connect the module input to the power supply, and the output is not connected to the battery when it is empty.)

 

How to use LED constant current drive:

1. Determine the working current and voltage you need to drive the LED;

2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V.

3. Measure the output short-circuit current with the 10A current gear of the multimeter, and at the same time adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current;

4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED working voltage;

5. Connect the LED and try machine.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 connect the module input to the power supply, and the output does not connect to the LED light when it is empty.)
